Eligibility for Returns

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Note: Opened, used, or damaged products caused by customer handling are not eligible for return.

• Items damaged after delivery

Return Process

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details.
• Provide photos or video proof of damage/issue.
• Once approved, we will arrange pickup or ask for shipping back.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after the product is received and inspected by our team.

• If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refund processing time: 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
