Welcome to Badri Healthcare. We aim to provide fast, safe and reliable delivery of all your orders placed on our website. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your products are shipped, processed, and delivered.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Time

Once your order is processed, delivery time depends on your location:

• Local (Surat): 2–4 business days
• Within Gujarat: 3–5 business days
• Rest of India: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier delays or holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: ₹49 – ₹99 (Order weight and location based)
• Free Shipping: On eligible orders if mentioned on product page

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by SMS or Email. You can use the tracking link to follow your shipment.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make two (2) delivery attempts. If both attempts fail, the package will be returned to us.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or items are missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video and photos.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect details provided by the customer.
